PickMe currently seeks an experienced Complaints Management Executive to come on board! You will be a part of our complaints team; ensure you follow the correct complaints handling procedure and deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.
The successful candidate will possess all of the following:
- 2 years working in a customer service environment delivering to a diverse customer base.
- Ability to quickly understand and analyse complex issues and advise others on a suitable approach.
- Experience with coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Sinhalese and English.
