How long does delivery take??

Delivery times depend on restaurant preparation, distance, and traffic conditions. Based on real-time data, we provide an estimated delivery time, which you can track live via the app.

Can I schedule an order for later?

No, this feature is currently unavailable. All orders must be placed for immediate delivery.

Can I place multiple orders at the same time?

Yes, but they will be processed separately.

Can I order for someone else?

Yes, you can. Simply select the recipient’s location, place the order, and at checkout, tap on “Is this order a treat for a friend?” Then, enter the recipient’s contact number.

Can I pick up my order directly from the restaurant?

Yes, some restaurants offer a self-pickup option. At checkout, select “Self Pickup”, and once your order is marked as prepared, you can collect it directly from the restaurant. In some cases, you may even get a 10% discount* on self-pickup orders.

What payment methods are available?

PickMe Food supports multiple payment options, including:

•Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available up to the limit set by the merchant (e.g., LKR 1,500, LKR 2,500, etc.).

•Credit/Debit Cards – Supports Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

•PickMe Points – Redeemable for eligible orders.

How do I apply promo codes or discounts?

When placing an order:
1. Go to the checkout page.
2. Enter the promo code in the "Apply Promo Code" section.
3. Click Apply, and the discount will be deducted from your total.

Why is my promo code not working?

Possible reasons include:
The code has expired.
The code is not valid for your selected restaurant or order value.
The code has already been used.
Terms and conditions apply (e.g., only for first-time users).

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Order cancellations are only possible before the restaurant starts preparing the food. You can cancel through the app or contact PickMe Support for assistance.

What happens if my order is delayed or not delivered?

You can track your order in the app. If there is a significant delay, please contact PickMe Support for updates or resolution.

What if I receive the wrong order or my food is missing items?

If your order is incorrect or incomplete, report the issue via the PickMe app under the "Help" section. You can also reach out to PickMe Support for further assistance.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is confirmed, modifications may not be possible. However, you can contact the restaurant directly via the app if they allow changes.

What should I do if I have an issue with a refund?

Refunds are processed based on the issue. If eligible, the refund will be credited back as PickMe points or your original payment method. Contact PickMe Support for refund-related queries.

Why the prices of PickMe food is higher than the in-store prices?

The prices displayed on PickMe Food are set by each restaurant. Occasionally, restaurants may include additional charges, such as packaging or service fees, in their online pricing. This can account for any price difference you might observe between PickMe Food and the restaurant's in-store menu.

Is PickMe Food available in all cities?

PickMe Food operates in selected cities in Sri Lanka. Availability may expand, so stay updated via the app.

Can I order from multiple restaurants in one order?

Currently, each order is processed per restaurant. If you want food from multiple restaurants, you need to place separate orders.

Flash

What types of packages can I send with PickMe Flash?

You can send small to medium-sized packages, such as documents, parcels, or gifts. Hazardous materials, flammable items, or illegal goods are strictly prohibited. (check the T&C of Flash for the Prohibited Items)

How do I book a PickMe Flash delivery?

•Open the PickMe app.
•Select the Flash option.
•Enter the pickup and drop-off locations.
•Provide package details and confirm the booking.

Is my package insured?

PickMe Flash ensures reliable delivery, it currently does offer insurance for packages up to a certain amount. It’s recommended to avoid sending high-value or irreplaceable items.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable to receive the package?

The driver will contact you for instructions. Re-attempted deliveries may incur additional charges.

Can I send multiple packages in one trip to multiple locations?

Yes, multiple packages can be sent to multiple locations, but they must all be collected from the same location.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

Please contact PickMe customer support within 24 hrs via the app or hotline to resolve any issues with your delivery.

Can businesses use PickMe Flash for bulk deliveries?

Yes, businesses can use PickMe Flash for bulk deliveries. Contact the PickMe corporate hotline for further details.

What is PickMe Truck Service?

PickMe Truck Service provides on-demand and scheduled truck hires for cargo transport, household moves, and business logistics.

What types of trucks and services are available?

We offer trucks ranging from 7ft to 14.5ft in both open and closed formats. Additional labor assistance for loading and unloading is available upon request.

How can I book and track my truck?

You can book via the PickMe app or by calling the hotline (1331). Real-time tracking is available from pickup to drop-off.

Is my cargo insured, and how is pricing determined?

Yes, we provide Goods-in-Transit (GIT) insurance. Pricing depends on the truck type, distance, duration, and any additional services like labor assistance.

What is the cancellation policy?

•Cancellations before a truck is assigned are free.
•Once a truck is assigned, a cancellation fee may apply.

Where can I view the terms & conditions of PickMe Pass?

These terms and conditions for Renewable Subscription govern your purchase and use of the subscription, which renews automatically (the “Program” or “Renewable Subscription”) and is offered by Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka PLC (“DMSL'' or “we”). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions for Renewable Subscription and the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein (collectively, the "Renewable Subscription Terms''). PickMe is a technology solutions company which provides mobile applications for users to facilitate on-demand and scheduled transportation and/or delivery services with third party mobility service providers under agreement with PickMe. PickMe is not a provider of transportation or delivery services, as such all benefits and discounts offered under the Program are offered on an "as available" basis, contingent upon third-parties' availability to provide the transportation or delivery services and other contingencies which may impact availability of some benefits at certain times and places. Renewable Subscriptions are provided in connection with the use of the PickMe Passenger App.

1. How the Renewable Subscription Work

You may receive an offer in-app or by email for specific renewable benefits that can be applied on PickMe App purchases (“Offer”). Each Offer will include important details and terms, such as where and when a Renewable Subscription may be used, the benefit(s) conferred by the Renewable Subscription (“Subscription Benefits”), the cost of the Renewable Subscription (“Subscription Rate”), and the billing interval (“Billing Cycle”). Please refer to your Offer for details before purchasing the Renewable Subscription. When you buy a Renewable Subscription, you agree to have your credit card charged every Billing Cycle on a recurring basis, you agree to these Renewable Subscription Terms, as well as the specific terms of the Offer. Offers are limited and subject to change.
By participating in this Program, you are agreeing to these Renewable Subscription Terms. If you do not agree to these Renewable Subscription Terms, do not participate in the Program.

2. Duration and Frequency of Charges

When you buy a Renewable Subscription, you'll be charged the Subscription fee for your first Billing Cycle on the date of purchase, which activates the Renewable Subscription for the term set forth in your Offer. Unless you cancel, you'll be charged at the Billing Cycle stated in your Renewable Subscription Offer based on the initial purchase date to your credit/debit card. BY DEFAULT (AND WITH PRIOR NOTICE TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW), YOUR RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH BILLING CYCLE, AND THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. If you do not want your Renewable Subscription to automatically renew, you can cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 3 below.
If your credit card/debit card is declined your renewable subscription would be terminated for any unpaid periods in your Renewable Subscription with no further charges to you. DMSL is not responsible for any fees charged by the cardholder's bank including, but not limited to, overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees, interest charges, and other penalties levied by the cardholder's bank.

3. Canceling Your Renewable Subscription

You may cancel your Renewable Subscription within the PickMe App any time prior to your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges. To do this, go to the applicable Subscription section in the PickMe App and select “Manage Subscription”, Select the option for “End Subscription” and then confirm you wish to cancel your subscription
If you cancel your Renewable subscription, you will still have access to your Subscription Benefits until the end of the current Billing Cycle. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable and will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis for any cancellation initiated during a Billing Cycle. Please contact support@pickme.lk to report any unauthorized charges within 60 days. DMSL is not responsible for overdraft fees that may be incurred.

4. Combining Promotions.

Notwithstanding the terms and conditions of other promotions offered by DMSL or third parties, DMSL in its sole discretion may permit Subscription Benefits to be combined with other promotions.

5. Free Trial.

DMSL and/or third parties on behalf of DMSL may offer some users a free trial to a Renewable Subscription. Such trial or promotional subscriptions are subject to these Renewable Subscription Terms except as otherwise stated in your Offer. Only one trial or promotional subscription is available per user. Free trial eligibility is determined by DMSL at its sole discretion and DMSL may limit such eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. Certain limitations may exist with respect to combining a free trial with any other offers.
For some trials or promotional subscriptions, we require you to provide your credit card/debit card details to start the trial or promotional subscription. BY PROVIDING SUCH DETAILS YOU AGREE THAT AT THE END OF YOUR APPLICABLE FREE TRIAL OR PROMOTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE STATED IN YOUR OFFER AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH BILLING CYCLE UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTION. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS CHARGE, YOU MUST CANCEL THE APPLICABLE TRIAL OR PROMOTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL OR PROMOTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 3 ABOVE.

6. Changes to Renewable Subscription

DMSL reserves the right to modify or stop offering Renewable Subscriptions or change Subscription Fees, Subscription Benefits or route prices, at any time in its sole discretion. In the event DMSL increases the Subscription Fee of a Renewable Subscription, we will provide you with thirty (30) days prior notice via email before such changes take effect. All changes will be effective upon your next Billing Cycle, but if you do not agree with the price change, you have the right to reject the new Subscription Fee and may avoid these charges by canceling your Renewable Subscription according to the instructions in Section 3 above.
DMSL may terminate your Renewable Subscription at its discretion without notice. If that happens, DMSL will give you a pro-rated refund based on charges already applied to your current billing period. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine in our sole discretion, violation of these Renewable Subscription Terms, any applicable law, any fraud or misuse of the Renewable Subscription.

7. Changes to Renewable Subscription Terms

DMSL reserves the right to modify these Renewable Subscription Terms. If we make material changes to the Renewable Subscription Terms while you have an active Renewable Subscription, we will notify you either in the Renewable Subscription section on the PickMe App and/or via email. Revised Renewable Subscription Terms become effective at the beginning of the next Billing Cycle and your continued use of a Renewable Subscription constitutes your acceptance of the revised Renewable Subscription Terms. If you are not willing to agree to the revisions, you may cancel your Renewable Subscription in accordance with Section 3 above.

8. Transfer of Rights

DMSL's rights and obligations under the Program may be assigned or transferred by DMSL to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances shall be the responsibility of that entity.

9. Interpretation of Renewable subscription Terms

All interpretations of these Renewable Subscription Terms will be at DMSL's sole discretion and DMSL's decisions will be final.

10. Disclaimer

The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions, errors of the Program or its features. DMSL may request your information from time to time in order to confirm your identity before renewing your Renewable Subscription. DMSL may delay your access to your Renewable Subscription until you comply with this information request. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We, our information providers and their agents make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. Renewable Subscriptions and these Renewable Subscription Terms are provided by DMSL and do not modify the contractual relationships among or between the individuals and entities that use DMSL’s technology to offer goods or services except as expressly set forth herein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Why should my restaurant become a partner of PickMe Food/Market?

PickMe Food/Market provides the convenience of doorstep delivery and enables our customers to explore over 1000 merchants ranging from restaurants and Department stores, venturesome cloud kitchens, home bakers, and much more to select from a wide variety of your favorite cuisines

How does the commission fee work?

PickMe Food: Charges a 30% Standard usage fee on the total orders from restaurants.

PickMe Marketplace: The usage fee is based on the business category of the shop hence the usage fee may vary.

How far do you deliver?

Our delivery radius is set at 5 km, ensuring food/essentials arrives within a 15-minute drive of each partner restaurant. This keeps your meals hot, cold, and crisp, just the way you like them!.

How do merchants receive payments and what is the frequency?

Payment Criteria 1:
All merchants who have a payable balance of more than LKR 3,000 on the next working day. This means that whenever your balance exceeds LKR 3,000, you can expect the payment to be processed on the following working day.

Payment Criteria 2:
For merchants whose daily transfer amounts are consistently less than Rs 3,000, we are introducing a new payment option. You will now have payments transferred weekly or when your balance reaches Rs 3,000, whichever comes first.

What happens when I go live?

Once you become a partner, you will have a dedicated account manager who will assist you in boosting your orders and revenues on the platform.

Additionally, you will be granted access to the PickMe Merchant Plus Portal, where you can find more details about your account from operations to analytics, and the ability to manage your listings.
