You will be responsible for
- Own product development end-to-end
Lead the definition, development, launch, and continuous improvement of software products or major features across the Uber ecosystem. - Define vision, goals, and business value
Clearly articulate product vision, success metrics, and business outcomes. Translate company and team objectives into a prioritized product roadmap and backlog. - Drive prioritization and execution
Balance customer impact, business value, technical complexity, and operational constraints to make informed prioritization decisions. - Leverage customer and market insights
Gather, analyze, and synthesize market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to identify opportunities and define clear product requirements. - Collaborate cross-functionally
Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. - Measure, learn, and iterate
Monitor product performance using quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback. Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate rapidly to improve outcomes. - Communicate and influence
Clearly communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and accountability.
You might be a fit if you have
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management (or equivalent experience in a product-centric role)
- Proven experience owning and delivering software products from concept to launch
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
